As per guidelines issued by the National Internet Exchange of India (NIXI), all registrants of .IN, .CO.IN, .NET.IN, and .BHARAT domains must complete an electronic Know Your Customer (eKYC) verification process. This applies to both new and existing domain holders.

Who should complete verification?
eKYC is required for anyone who has recently registered, renewed, transferred, or updated a domain.

Why this is important?
Failure to complete verification within the given timeframe may result in temporary suspension of your domain services, affecting your website, email, and other functionalities.

The verification process will begin after your domain renewal period. Once renewal is completed, you must apply for eKYC within 10 days.

To initiate the process, kindly provide:
– Owner Full Name
– Email ID (for receiving the verification link)
– Contact Number (linked with Aadhaar card, where the OTP will be received)
